We at SiteSmithCo are committed to delivering high-quality website design and digital services. Due to the time and effort involved in custom design work, we follow this refund policy:

Upfront Deposits
Deposits made to begin a project are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Change of Mind
If you decide not to continue with a project before work has started, we may refund part or all of your deposit, depending on the circumstances.

Dissatisfaction with Work
We work collaboratively with clients and offer one round of reasonable revisions. If you’re unhappy with the final result after revisions, no additional refunds will be provided beyond what’s stated in the project agreement.

Completed Projects
Once a website or service has been delivered, refunds are not available. If there is a technical error or issue, we will fix it promptly at no extra cost.
